It started in 2018 in Kolkata — not as a website, not as a business, but as an idea. A love for bold design, street culture, and the belief that what you wear says something about who you are.

The name? Inspired by the legendary Bengali poetry collection Abol Tabol by Sukumar Roy — nonsensical on the surface, deeply meaningful underneath. Just like streetwear itself.

For years we grew organically through Instagram and online communities, learning what people actually want to wear. In 2026 we took the next step — a proper home at aboltabol.shop — bringing our vision to streetwear lovers across India.

We are not just a t-shirt brand. We are building something bigger — a streetwear identity that is proudly Indian, boldly designed, and built to last. The name is trademarked. The journey has just begun.
